County Scenario
The county will operate the County Radio Room from a remote location for this exercise using equipment from the RACES communications trailer. There will be indoor restrooms avaiable. We will operate rain or shine. Real emergencies do not happening on warm summer days.
The County will provide communcations to/from participating cities.
To participate at the county, you msut be released by your city EC.
City Participation and Scenario
Each jurisdiction will devise a scenario that best serves its local needs. The county EOC plays a supporting and coordinating role, requesting status and receiving reports from each jurisdiction. For ideas and minimum criteria, see the Drill Instructions for ECs.
Each city should create an event in the Activities Database so their members can sign-up for your event and receive credit for participation.

- Practice intra-city communications for local data gathering and reporting.
- Practice city to county communications for consolidated info exchange with the Op Area.

- 08:00 - Move Communication Trailer to remote location
- 09:00 - Briefing (Be sure to arrive earlier to account for parking, and checking in)
- 09:30 - Station setup and familiarization
- 10:00 - 12:00 - Drill Activities
- 12:00 - 13:00 - Clean-up and Debrief
- 13:00 - Return trailer
