Known Issues with Outpost 3.8.11

PackItForms does not connect to Outpost correctly if the Outpost data directory is not in the usual place (C:\SCCo Outpost). To work around this, open a command prompt using “Run as Administrator” and run the command C:\PackItForms\packet outpost install «directory», where «directory» is the location of your Outpost data directory. Put it in quotes if it contains spaces.
Messages containing *** DISCONNECTED, or /EX on a line by itself, cannot be sent successfully. This is fixed in 4.0.13.
In TNC-based operations, messages longer than about 4kB cannot be sent successfully. This is fixed in 4.0.13 (although such long messages are discouraged).
In operations with a Timewave TNC, only the smallest messages can be sent successfully. This is fixed in 4.0.13.
On Linux and Mac, packet gui will start up without any form definitions. This is fixed in 4.0.13.
Pasting text that contains a tab character into the body of a message in the CLI editor does not work, because the tab is interpreted as moving to the next message field. To work around this, use the packet set command.
