Summary

Each city/agency EOC/DOC will need some basic equipment for ARES/RACES communications with the county EOC and with other cities/agencies during emergency activations and drills. The following expectations and recommendations for voice and data communications equipment and personnel are provided to help cities/agencies build a compatible, effective and efficient EOC radio room operating environment.
