The drill is planned for this coming Sunday, from 1300 hrs to 1600 hrs (will probably finish early) and is the beginning of a new series of city drills that we will build upon. As this is the first, it will be pretty straight forward. The goals of the drill is to: * Use of a resource net * Being dispatched * Switching frequencies from the resource to command net * Being directed to make and then report observations The drill will consist of a 3 members at the EOC while the rest of the members will participate in the field.
