Drill scenario: electrical power is lost after a major earthquake and hospitals are running on generator power. Ham radio operators support hospitals primarily by sending HaveBeds and Hospital Status Short Forms to the MHOC by packet radio. We will also simulate that the N6NFI repeater goes down during the drill.
