Abducted child in a stolen automobile. Morgan Hill activated it's EOC / CERT/ ARES responders to conduct search for stolen auto.
Hams and CERT members were deployed to certain intersections throughout Morgan Hill to lookout for the vehicle and report to EOC. Some CERT used Ham radio and some used cell phones - per Woody Salyer Morgan Hill EC
