To send RIMS reports to the County using Outpost:

• Open Outpost
• Highlight the New Message window
• Click New Message
• Choose Private Message
• Enter To/From information (XSCEOC)
• Enter Subject in form <Priority>-<Agency ID (MTV) & Msg. # >-<Topic>
• Click File/Open
• Select RIMS message to be sent (RIMS message generator does not append a suffix to file name so show All Files)
• Click Send Message

To send RIMS reports to the County using HyperTerm:

• Connect and login to County EOC BBS
• Enter sp xsceoc
• Enter Subject {message number}
• Click "Transfer" on the Terminal Menu
• Click "Send Text File"
• Choose location of text file to be sent
• Highlight file name of text file to be sent
• Click "Open"
• File will be sent
• Should get message "Message X has been stored."
• If not, type /ex or Ctrl-Z followed by Enter
