This Web Form allows you sign up to help with the Monday
Net, at the Mountain View Police & Fire Administration Building, 1000 Villa St. Select a Button in the Volunteer column,
next to an Open date,
click the button and click on SUBMIT below. A new form will be displayed
that askes for your Call sign, Name, Phone Number, and E-Mail.
When you submit the form, your name will be added to the list below,
and Jerry Haag, Phil Henderson, and you will receive an E-Mail
confirming the reservation.
Note: If your schedule changes and you need to remove your
